We had six windows replaced in our home a few months ago. During a very heavy storm, water was getting into the interior window track. This was alarming to us, as we had no idea that this was, indeed, possible during heavy rain and wind. Window World ordered new tracks for us, and a very professional and kind employee, Voytek, came to install them today. He was so patient and knowledgeable while answering all my questions about the operation of the weep holes and what not. Thank you, Voytek, for a very pleasant experience!

I had a warranty window replacement done by Window World Western Chicago and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their team was incredibly fast and responsive from start to finish. The installer, Voytek, showed up right on time, was professional, and did an awesome job with the installation. Everything turned out great. I highly recommend!

I had 20 windows replaced by Rocky and his team. They worked late and were able to finish the replacements in 1 day. They were polite, efficient, and made my experience much better than what I expected.
After they were done, Rocky went through the house and tested/checked each window and demonstrated the operation of the windows. I purchased double hung with a wood appearance on the interior to match the oak framing around the windows.
Their price was almost 1/3 of another brand. Plus, I received a lifetime warranty.

The sale rep, Harley, was excellent so I felt that we made a great choice in Window World early on. He was knowledgeable and could speak to the pros/cons of all window options within their selection and from other sellers. Joel who handled coordination was accessible and would confirm all dates/requests. We had other projects going on in our house so we had to ask WW to wait and hold the window for several months. Not a problem at all. And the installer was neat and technically capable. He showed us how to operate the window too. We live in a condo so the window needed to match all others and upfront Harley made sure we met the requirements. I recommend them highly.

If anyone needs windows at all, I tell them, "I got a guy" - Harley at Window World. We worked with Harley for our basement windows that needed to be replaced as part of our basement refinishing project in summer 2025. He was great to work with. Prices were very reasonable and the quality is excellent. I just followed up with Harley in March of 2026 for a question about tax deductions. Called late on Friday afternoon and he told me he would help get the info I needed on Monday. He followed through on what he said and got back to me todday (the following Monday) confirming what I needed. Can't recommend them enough!
