Window World was the perfect choice for replacement windows in our 1965 home. We had them replace every window in the whole house. No more glass blocks in the bathrooms, and a refreshed look for the front of our house. We did a mix of full frame off and retrofits. The installers were top notch, and used high-end spray foam and caulking to seal everything up. We live about 100 yards from a busy road and the noise reduction with the new windows is amazing.

Everyone at Window World was fabulous to work with from my salesperson, Rob, all the way until the very end with the outstanding installers. Everyone was friendly, professional, informed....they made it effortless for me. The installers were on time, polite, conscientious, hard working and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. I am so happy with my decision to work with Window World Western Chicago.

The guys from Window World did a great job. They had the patio window out in no time. They were so clean that there was nothing to do when they left. Love the ease of use on the new door. No more struggling to pull it open. They took the time to run me through features of the door. Best part was the price. I could afford it! I definitely recommend the company to anyone looking to replace windows at an affordable price.
