It was a good experience from the time I met the Design Consultant, to office staff answering questions to installation. And the windows are great! All employees were knowledgeable, responsive and respectful.

I was impressed with the knowledge and the courtesy of the gentleman who installed our windows. I wish I could remember his name he was a Polish man very nice very knowledgeable three basement windows and a large bathroom window more installed. He did it all within a couple of hours he was neat he cleaned everything inside and out. I was very very pleased.

I would recommend Window World Western Chicago to any family member or friend in the market for new windows. Our sales rep Mark was great and went above the and beyond the call of duty. I’d consider using them in the future for new windows and would contact Mark. He was straight to the point, helpful, diligent with the paperwork, and not pushy, which I appreciate.

We recently had a front door and garage side door installed by Window World Western Chicago and we were very happy with how everything turned out. The company communicated well throughout the process and Rob B. was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job with the install and cleaning up after the job. Had a small scratch on one window ,that they pointed out. They arranged an order and to have it replaced when in.

Our experience with Window World was nothing short of incredible. Even from the very start scheduling the in home appointment was so easy and they had availability the next day. Harley who was our rep helped us understand the options available and was so helpful and patient with us. We figured out a great solution for our needs. Everyone involved in every step has been so kind and supportive. The installation team was so talented, professional and did an exemplary job in their detailed work. We can’t say enough good things about this franchise. Highly recommend them!

Affordable and beautiful windows! The initial meeting with Harley was professional and helpful. Informative on how their windows are made, and how they work. It was a pleasure to work with him. As promised, a person came out to measure and the windows arrived to be installed in the time frame I was given when I ordered.
I ordered 14 windows and a front door, they were all installed in one day. It was a lot of work, this is an old house, but the installers were efficient and did sn excellent job. I am very happy with Window World Windows, they do not try to oversell you, they are straightforward, great communication from the company and the product is great. I absolutely love my cypress green door! I highly recommend this company.

The entire experience with Window World Western Chicago was partnered. Window replacement is not a small financial investment and the last thing I wanted to feel overwhelmed and under informed.
The representative that walked me through options understood by needs and made the discussion about my needs, budgets and expectations.
The installation team was best in class. My project was done within two days and the work was done with attention to detail and care.

We had a great experience with Window World Western Chicago. We had all our old windows replaced in 2 parts, 2 years ago (first and second floor windows) and then this year we had our laundry room and garage windows along with our patio door replaced. Every interaction was a good one, from Rob who came out to measure and quote us, the office team which was so good about communicating and handeling logistics once our windows were received to Ostop and his crew who came out and did beautiful work, both times. They handled the work permit and worked with our village inspector to ensure everything was up to code and cleaned up after themselves. I loved that they laid out a tarp in our home where they were working which was respectful and ensured that they did not damage our floors while they worked. We love our new windows and our family and friends compliment them often, we definitely recommend this location!

Joel and his team were great. From the original estimate to completing the install, everything went smoothly and as expected. They kept in contact and let us know when everything was ready to go and were flexible with scheduling. I’d give more stars if I could. Excellent value for the price. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them.
